Minimal fuel consumption is needed to operate the Spider and fully biodegradable hydraulic fluid is used to protect the environment.
Because of the design, the Spider excavator minimizes its impact when working in environmentally sensitive areas.
Certificates
SPIDEX holds several safety & workplace certificates such as:
- S-100 – Fire Suppression.
- Emergency First Aid.
- WPP – BCH.
- A&B – Worker Protection Practices – BCH.
- Power Poles – SPIDEX is approved to set wooden pole structures on the BC-Hydro system.
